That was a great demo, but man when I got on that ladder and turned around to see that girl...holy crap it scared me.

Yep the ol' heart rate kicked up a notch when that went down. Not sure if I am going to get it. But, the demo is worth the dl. |

For a 646MB download that's probably the shortest demo I've ever played. Actually, I was pretty relieved that it ended where it did because it was obvious that one of those dumbass Boss encounters was about to go down.
Still, it looks damned good -- if that IS the Doom 3 engine they figured out a way make it run under better lighting conditions -- it's genuinely creepy and the weapons feel right; not fakey, over or underpowered, but just right. Damn, just when I was determined not to give VU Games another penny.... |
