Its called Copper.net. I found it by accident after K-Mart kicked me out.
For $9.95 You get NOTHING!
They hook you up to the internet and say have a nice time! No ad banners no popups no stupid news page. No AOL looking start page, no start page at all! I love it!

Have you tried online gaming performance? I'm trying to find a good ISP that has decent ping while playing online games, and has decent uploading/downloading while browsing.

Ive left the problems with dial-up service when I got my cable modem.

You people do know that all you need is the ISP phone number right?  After that just connect using IE.  You never have to use any ISP software for any provider.

Solves all problems.

Juno and some other low cost ISP's only let you connect through their (spam laden) browsers.
