I experience this when I am really stressed or if I take a nap during the day. I know people are talking to me but I can not comprehend what they are saying.

Mostly at work.
With particular people it's more of a problem. Some don't make any sense in the best of conditions. Also those 3:14 a.m. "relationship" talks do that to me............. |

i get that at work. im a lifeguard and while im out on deck people walk up and start asking me questions. Also happens on the phone after working for a long time (all day shift, 10-9). I hear stuff on the phone but i dont understand a word of it.
