I wouldn't ride it in the rain with no protection over the ignition pick-ups.

Loks like an old 2-stroke Kawasaki Triple motor, but not big enough to be the 750, so probably the 350 or maybe the 500.
Either way, it would scream bloody murder when you twisted the throttle. |

I don't think that would be my choice of tires on a road race course.

Drag scooter? 11/10 would ride. That's the second kind of cool.

A lot of work on them expansion chambers. The fuel tank holds about 2 cups! good for one run down the strip.

Had a scooter when I was in middle school to ride around Ft Campbell. Fucking awesome having freedom at that age with the range it provided me. I would have killed for something as bad ass as this. I'd probably ride this today if I could.

I am truly conflicted on this. At a loss. A mental impasse, if you will.
I need to go sit down and have some more coffee. |

IIRC, in Asian countries, scooters are very popular, and they are referred to as "underbones".
The video above you can tell, they use centrifugal clutches and CVTs. I had a bigass scooter a few years ago. 400CC engine. It could do 100MPH top... took a little while to get there, but it was fun to ride. A little rough what with the engine and transmission on the swingarm - unsprung weight. |

they say scooters are like banging fat chicks, you wanna but you don't want anyone to know or see ya do it........that scooter is like banging a really pretty fat chick....

That's why the expansion chambers look robot welded and not fabbed up, because they are. They aren't custom, one off parts, they're common aftermarket pipes made for the huge scooter market wherever that is. |

One of my friends in the vintage scooter scene had a Lambretta running nitrous.

For us 4 wheeled folks...
What are we looking at? Looks like suped up scooter? |

View Quote I'm going to say it's a snow mobile engine, probably a 440. We had a guy who ran a Formula 440 car in PA Hill Climb Association events when I was involved with them back 10 to 15 years ago. |
