He has been hunting/shooting for the last 25 or so years.  Very safe gun handler.

Looking for an instructor in AZ or any place else.

Any Ideas, or any help?

Many western states are accepting the IHEA online test as part of their Hunter Ed courses.  Might check to see if AZ has a similar option.

the only bad thing about that I can see is, I doubt they will not have time to go there and do the Field test.

I'd bet WY would recognize a Hunter Ed card from AZ......They recognize them from CO.
