If I don't post on ARFcom by Sunday evening, yall send out a search party. No you cant have my guns or ammo, its already spoken for.

Me and my GF has been dating for about 7 months, and her folks are in town for the weekend. She just called and told me that we are going to dinner with them tonite. I really hate meeting parents. The last time I met parents was before me and my ex-wife got married in 1996, and it went over like fart in church. Well I guess I'm fucked now, no getting out of it. If I do not return, or yall can't find me, Its been fun here on ARFcom. Any suggestions before I fo?

Well, I made back alive. I actually enjoyed meeting her folks. They seem like good people. Her dad was real cool, we talked and drank beer most of the time. Her mom was interested in getting her CCW and asked alot of questions it. All in all it went good.

relax, have fun, dont treat it as something dreary and scary, it shouldnt be. If you get along with your gf, and she gets along with her parents, you should be fine!

.....on a funny side note one of my ex's dad's did that with me the night after I met him and his wife.....funny thing is her folks still ask about me and it pisses her off to no end
