Who in the hell puts bread in the refrigerator? I do. It stays fresh long enough to use it all. If I had a litter of kids, it would probably stay out, but since I don't, and I eat it at a normal rate, it goes in the fridge. |

I learned that trick decades ago after finding mold from "doing it the way I was supposed to". I never, ever leave bread out at room temperature. |
