It has a indian on the front and a buffalo on the back and is dated 1920 something might be 21 I am not real sure but do these things have any value?

Sure, about 5cents each.  [;)]  Buffalo nickles aren't that uncommon.  I like them better than the ones we have now.

it has 4 legs you would think for such a old nickle it would be worth more.
