Same here...black text on a black background = black screen. Oh well, overall the board looks good. May I recommend white text?

If your cache is cleared and you still have issues with text try the following.
1. Close all but one browser window. 2. Point it to anything but AR15.Com 3. Clear the cache (disk and memory if you are netscape or aol user) 4. Close Browser That is a very "extreme" way to clear things, and hopefully should fix it. Most likely your browser or local firwall is caching something and creating the problems. -- GB |

I followed all the instructions here and in the top thread but I still get black on black, if I highlight it I can see but I even spent some time on the phone with someone who knows whats he doing with this. Nada.
I`m close to giving up, spent some time and deleted wrong stuff trying to get this to work. My loss. |

Since the big upgrade a few weeks ago, some of the print on the home page is extremely small. Almost impossable to read. I guess at some of them. Any way to fix that?
Is it a AOL thing? |

For the forums, you can adjust the font size in your profile. Simply select a larger font option.
For the main site itself, the font's are automatically managed for the time being. Most of them should be sufficient, although some on the homepage may be small. (To keep the design what it should be.) -- GB |

This is a little Off Thread, and a minor quibble with an excellent site, but I'd like to see the Firearms News headers in contrastier colors than blue on black. Thanks.

The colors are actually Yellow...
A style sheet maintains all the font colors and types, so just make sure your browers is up to date and can handle them. ]=) -- GB |
