So many people from all over the world proud to become American citizens. Very cool experience.

I've been to three. My wife and her two sisters.
Each one was 98% Mexicans. |

Been there, Congrats! Attached File

Whew! Looks like she got in just under the deportation wire.
PS Congratulations. |

Congratulations to her!!!
My wife was Naturalized in 2008. My eyes got some dust in them during the ceremony. I was very proud of her and she is a rabid conservative who got on the Trump train very early. |

Congrats , start working on a path for the new wife next month

When I became a Citizen there were people from 43 different countries. |

Congrats!
My wife is naturalized, before we were married. I didn't get to go to her ceremony, she received about 1 hour notice that she was about to become a citizen. She couldn't find parking so she dumped her car on some curb and I took her to get it out of the tow yard later. |

Congratulations! This kind of immigrant usually makes the very best American.

Looks like I should be congratulating all of you and your family members who have come here legally. Thanks for doing this the right way, and we are glad to have you!

Congrats! Sadly, she now knows more about this country than 95% of those born here.

Funny how so many immigrants are so eager to proudly call this place their home while so many who were born here shit on it daily.
Congrats to your SO, op. Did it the right way. |

My wife's aunt used the amnesty program (one before Bush, was that Reagan?) to change her status to legal. She lied about being a farm-worker and had to pay a farm supervisor 2 grand to sign the proof.
Later she became a naturalized citizen, but before the judge reviewer her application, she could not speak much of English, and failed all of the history questions. Judge approved her anyway. She's still very much stupid and kept failing the janitorial test her employer requires for full-time day janitor (school district job). So the union rep gave her the answer sheet while taking the exam for the third time. |

I did the same thing with my wife about 5 years ago : )
Epic! Oh and she knows more about the USA that most of us due to the amount of studying she had to partake in. And congrats!! |
|
Congrats! Too bad the left doesn't understand that conservative/libertarian minded folks love people who come here legally and become Americans. What we don't like are people who come here illegally and cause harm or at the least join the FSA.
