Driving on the Beltway around DC.  I was in MD on my way home to VA when this black guy in a white tank top is running down the on ramp and almost in front of me.  In my rear view I see two cop cars lights ablaze.

I came about 15 feet away from hitting the guy....half on purpose..cause I knew he was running from the cops.  Then he bolted into the woods.  In my rear view I saw the cops stop, get out and run into the woods after him.

That guy would have looked so good with a big Chevy symbol imprinted on his back.  But I don't think the cops would have liked it.  Even though I would have helped.
