Somebody's really talented and has WAY too much time on their hands.

That's the neatest thing on the stupidest level I've seen.
I want one. |
Oh c'mon...it's not that bad. Hell, at first I thought someone had customized an AR to look like an old 50's/60's era sci-fi laser rifle
Ew its .22 as well Right when I thought it couldn't get worse |
I can appreciate the work done to make that, but I don't think it could ever have a home in my own safe.
Cool idea. There's bound to be some out there that'd love it. |
Yea, that is terrible. A novel idea for sure but the execution... It truly looks like a chinese laser blaster from a dollar store. Those "fins" are a sticker!
I wouldn't show up to any range with it...much less leave the house, but I think it's a pretty interesting custom.

Everything about that is gross.
From the shitty custom job, all the way down to the fact that it isn't even a real AR, but a dedicated .22 that looks like an AR. Even the backup sights are shitty. (shit UTG sights, no doubt). |
That is very Falloutish. (not something from the game, but indicative of the 50's over the top styling used in Fallout) From that perspective, it would be cool. Otherwise, not my thing.

It's kinda neat. I mean, I wouldn't want to own it, and I probably wouldn't even want to shoot it. Heck, I might not even admit to knowing the owner if he was my best friend and he showed up at the range in the lane right next to me. I might just go, "Tom who? I'm sorry - do I know you?"
But it shows initiative. It shows creativity. It shows that goddammit, somebody, somewhere, wanted to see an M&P-22 with tail fins, and worked hard to make it a reality. Damn the torpedoes! It's just that kind of "Don't tell me I can't do shit!" attitude that made America what it used to be. Back in the fifties. |

That is awesome!!!
Too bad they didn't think to integrate a light into the front bumper. I wonder if they could do one that goes with the '49 Cadillac Coupe I'm restoring. Maybe two tone that bitch |

If i owned that rifle, i'd put it in my front yard on a cinder block.

Needs one of the aluminum skeletonized grips, then promptly thrown in the trash.
