Recently, I've been using my IM to support EE sales.
However, my buyers are reporting that they haven't received most of the IMs I've sent.
Also, I can't find anything in my IM folders (sent, saved, etc.).
WTF?

I just sent you an IM "TEST" and clicked SEND AND SAVE, but nothing appears in my SAVED folder.

It would be in your sent folder.

The saved folder contains incoming IMs that you have saved after reading.



Sorry, I meant to say "SENT".  

Either way, it isn't in either.
