Hourly.

1.5x/hr for callouts when I can fix a problem from home.
2./hr for callouts when I must leave home.

2hr min for each callout whether it takes me 10 min or the whole two hrs.

salary, with occassional extra pay for extra work, which overall works out in my favor - especially considering no time clock to punch, which is nice for when I have personal things to take care of at lunch time, or need to leave early and can take whatever time I need as long as I have my work done.

But seriously, Hourly - Union

anything more than 8 hours in a day is OverTime, anything more than 9 hours of OT is DT (Double Time).

Callouts are a min 2 hours no matter time spent.

Salary. But I just walked into a project managers office, and since I am the tester, she said "oh crap" and then pulled out her wallet and offered me a cash bribe to go away.

So I may have a secondary income here.
