He would like to have a de-milled Garand to go in it.

That's not right.

Don't know if this would work, but they sell resin castings on ebay all the time.
Supposedly they are movie props.

1GUNRUNNER: I don't think that is a wise thing to do, especially with all the tough talk by the LE talking heads. And there is a lot of jittery and itchy finger LEOs, and not to mention scared $hitless citizens. He may end up getting killed, because even though it is thoughly 100% legal and for show etc, many people in and outside of LE would shoot first and ask questions later.

Trying to do something like this?

The tommy gun these people had wasn't demilled, it was a moving parts replica, moving bolt, accepts standard mags, real wood stock, and it was just as heavy as any Chicago Typewriter I've ever held.

I didn't think to ask them where the picked it up.

It would make more sense to have a machine gun than it would to have a battle rifle on a motorcycle, wouldn't it?

I almost mentioned it, because they have tommy guns on that site I saw, but it would depend on the scabbard on the bike, which one would fit.
