How can I go about finding a Army buddy that was stationed at Ft.Hood last time I heard?Dont know if he is still in or not so how would I find him?Thanks,Chris

The big one I know about is at www.military.com

You must be a member, and I'm not sure if it is a pay site or not.

There is also an ad service that pops up on Yahoo! a lot where you can locate old high school and military buddies.  Not sure of that name but it does appear often.

I would also suggest going to Yahoo! and doing a search on the unit.  A lot of times a battalion sized unit and above will have it's own website.

From there you could contact the webmaster, or the Bn/Bde S-1 and see if the guy is still at Hood.

If you know his first and last name you should be able to locate him and his e-mail address from www.us.army.mil. I think you will have to find someone else on active duty to do the search for you though. Good thing is, if he is still in it will giove you an e-mail address for him too - all active duty army are required to have @us.army.mil e-mail addresses now.
