Look mid to late 20s. Actually am 34. Feel 25 some days, 45 other days.

I'm chronologically 50.

I most certainly have been rode hard and put up wet.

But save for one small accident-related defect, I've held up remarkably well.

Except this year, I'm finally starting to feel it. Takes a little longer to recover after sports/exercise.

I still think I'm years ahead of many folks I know.

Guess my mind's eye would give me a 35-40.

Can still play my drums, am good in bed, and can still shoot.

but I am for the first time beginning to notice farsightedness coming on....

I am an optimist, so I believe that as anti-aging medicine advances we'll all live longer and longer

This is a great question! Few years back before she passed away I asked my then 87 yes 87 year old Mom this exact question to which she answered about 37 or 38! Mom had all her marbles back then and she explained that was how she viewed the world, not really how "old" she thought she was. It really does explain the aging process and how kind the Lord is in hiding our frailitys. Now I am about a month off of being a Heinz variety pac, or 57 and got to tell ya she was right! Though the body feels 87!

Feel like I'm 95!!

35 years as a maintenance mechanic, repairing, lifting, moving heavy equipment of all types; both electronic and electromechanical, does bad things to your body. But you don't think about that when you are in your 20s and 30s. It does catch up to you later in life!!
