If you do a frame-by-frame it looks like the poor bastard on the ground took it in the shoulder/outside part of the right upper arm. If you ask me, that's a multi-million-dollar bullet hole; that's what he's going to get out of the city when he's done with the lawsuit.

I hope that they took the fat assed bitch back to the station and beat her with a rubber hose.
reminds me of the cop that put the flashbang with the pin pulled out back in his pocket and it exploded, or the cop that was removing the shotgun from a roof and shot his hand almost off.LOL!!!
You see the poor black cop jump up, he probably got fragged, i hope she got the beating that some of the worst criminals get in the jail house.

Whoa!!! Looks to me if anyone took any shrapnel, it was her fellow LEO who was getting ready to handcuff the guy.

I don't have sound at the moment, but it looks to me he had said something to the effect: "Point that damn gun away from me."

I think he may indeed have had something hit him. It made him forget about hand cuffing the guy and stand completely up and forget about the guy. Hell, I guess I would have levitated a few feet over the guy due to, well let's just say it wouldn't have been a clean underware day.

However, watch when he goes back down to one knee to hand cuff the guy again. He holds his right hand out striaght, and still doesn't grab the guys hand behind his back. I think he was still looking back at her thinking, "Holy shit! I'm still alive! YOU $%@#ing %#$@*!!!".

The perp on the ground looks like he is actually contemplating an attempt to stand up just to go over and kick her ass!

Thank God no one died!

Most cops are NOT firearms experts, nor are they that well trained and if you combine that with someone who is fat, stupid and lazy this is what happens.

That fat broad may have fired 200-300 rounds a year and cleaned that gun after the semi-annual trip to the range. Make someone with that level of training nervous and stupid things happen.

She had her finger on the trigger, she was not looking wear the gun was pointing and it looks like she got the cop who was cuffing the suspect in the leg.

If I was the male officer, after I finished cuffing the suspect, I would have beat the woman senseless w/ my asp. Now there's a cop who probably only takes her gun from the holster to qualify. She was probably surprised it actually worked!

The PD I used to work for had a female officer there that shot herself in the ass. She claimed that she was hanging her patrol bike back on the rack and the brake handle depressed the trigger. They bought the story, b/c I think they didn't want to embarrass the dumb lady. Truth be toled, the holster she had on didn't allow for an exposed trigger, thus making her story BS. General consensus was that she was quick drawing to practice when she had her ND. That's almost as funny as the officer who was caught dry firing his weapon at a sign on top of a public parking garage in broad daylight!!! I'm glad I'm no longer w/ that PD.

I think we were all to hard on the nice police lady,she gave us all some entertainment tonight and at the very least she just made a "what not to do" training film [:D]
And she did fulfill the first command of bein g a good cop,she went home that night safe and sound (all safe except for the other officers foot up her fat ass that is)
