I'm sure, with all the hardware I have, my former service in a foreign army, the fact I have 2 passports and refused to let me German one expire even when asked ontop of the insane amount of gear and reloading supplies I have ordered in the past 9 months has me on some list somewhere.
So as far as the list warning you have seen; what changed for the guy? Thing is, I think they're already watching alot of Americans anyways and most do not think they are being watched because they do not think they are on 'a list' and the .gov only watches lists. This is where I think the whole 'list' BS comes into play for them, in making average Americans think that they would not qualify to being on one, so they assume that they are not being watched.
