Why would people put some detail work on an HK SP89?

Hell, I'll hazard a guess anyway..........say high teens, low 20's? AR15USA is this a guessing game? Just wondering if you know what it's really worth.

It's even got the owner's initials on the grip: Some Stupid Schmuck. That's a helluva thing to do to an MP5K, and I don't even like MP5s much.

Every gunshow seems to have one table with chrome plated, gold plated, white plastic handled POS's of every description. Amazes me that anyone would consider being seen with any of them. That thing fits the mold.

Well, at least they didn't do the same with the mags... [heavy]

If there are such things as "Art Guns", that POS qualifies as "Marseilles Whorehouse Gothic".

Engraved injection-molded plastic. That's a first for me.

I believe that particular K model is one of the HKs presented to the Iranian Shah, don´t have the Project 64 book at hadn right now but that weapon is featured in it.
