I mean, do you get enough sleep? are you just barely making it through the day?
Not enough...our two year old loves to wake up at 3:30-4:30AM and see what Mommy and Daddy are doing...
I can't seem to do things properly with less than 7 hrs of sleep.
I usually get about 4 or 4 1/2 hrs of sleep per night during the week and about 6 hrs on the weekend. |
somewhere around 7 hours i guess . It all depends on my shifts.
J |
+1 but the extra 2 hours on the weekend is the result of a nap. I just can't sleep a straight 6. |
Anywhere between 3-6 hours during the workweek, but 8-10 on my days off due to my drunken state of mind.
Been having insomnia, I have been getting 3-5 hours a night.
6 hours, I would love to be able to sleep longer. I do get naps in sometimes on weekends.
same ETA mornings are tough until I've had my java I.V. . Then I'm OK. About 4-5 cups of coffee a day help keep me awake. |
About 5-6 during the week. About 7 on weekends. Sometimes less though. Never more, except:
But about every two weeks, I'm dragging ass bad, and will sleep a solid 8-9 hours one night. Weird. I can't remember the last time I slept all through the night. EDIT: HAHA! To answer you question: It's enough sleep for me, and I'm not barely making it through the day. My sleep schedule works for me. |
Man, you guys that only need 6 or less hours sleep make me sick!! I gotta have 8 or more to be OK for the day.
sleep?? is it any coincidence that the engineering building is full of tired and angry people? I don't think so!
5 - 6 is standard. If I could get off this site before midnight I might get more.
A day? Mother of god son what the hell do you do for a living ? J |
Um-hummm...I know the feeling.... |
5 to 6 hours a night through the week, 8 to 10 a night on the weekends. It evens out.
6 on weeks 4 on weekends, I do get one sunday a month to catch up!
6-8 hours on a good day, the other night waking up every hour sweating or freezing.
I only get about four to five hours of sleep a night. I really need around nine to twelve
I usually get around 8-10 hrs of sleep despite whatever comment Ratters wants to make
Very freakin little. My 6 month old son likes to go to bed around 2330-2400, then wake up around 0130, again at 0430 then breakfast is around 0600. Then he goes to sleep till bruch time, while I'm on here.. At least I'm unemployed.
6-8 hours. Sometimes I get more, sometimes less, but usually right around 6-8. This site is usually a good source of insomnia though.
3-5 a night. If I am lucky, I can get 8 in on a Sunday, but then I can't fall asleep until much later and end up getting less sleep for Monday.
I gave myself insomnia in December - July. Got up at 6AM, went to work, went home, changed, ate, went to class until 10PM. Went home, did homework, laundry, anything else I needed to do, slept for a few hours and then did it again. Monday - Friday. Usually worked a 10 hour shift at my seconds job on Saturday mornings and sometimes picked up an extra shift on Sundays. I am down to class on Saturday, and one full time job. But, I did it the other way for over 7 months, and can't go back to a normal schedule. On the plus side my apartment is always clean. |
Same here. Much better than the 1-2 that I was getting a couple of years ago when I needed shoulder surgery and the pain was so severe I just couldn't sleep. Edit to ad: Holy shiite, post #1000 and I didn't even realize it. |
What, are you home schooled? I get four to five with eight to nine on weekends. |
Ah, see...Why should you yell at someone to get sleep when you get less sleep than them? |
4-5 hours, between my kids, and sitting in Chat I stay up way to late.
Ah, the hypocracy. Though you are a child, so get to bed! |
Wait, are you calling poor old ME a hypocrit when you're the one who tells me to go to bed sooner and you get less sleep than ME? Or are you just repeating that I proved you are being a hypocrit...*is in an evil mood tonight* No, sorry...I'd rather not get to bed |
