way to many

A dozen or so. A couple from the local GOP (the last one the guy was so old he couldn't even read the script, LOL). He means well, so it's all good. I got one from Senator Kyl, although Shadegg is my rep Also had a few prop calls, but most of these came after I voted early ballot. The best one was for BOB tickets to see the President free on debate night, but I knew trying to get in to see him at BOB for free would be a disaster. I hate crowds.

3 polls, no political calls.

Once we told them we had already voted, all the calls stopped.

Too many. I was out of town last week and called home 2x/day to check my answering machine. It pissed me off having to wade through all the recorded messages asking me to vote for the democrap candidate for the senate. Tonight I told my son he can stay on internet as long as he wants to keep the phone tied up.

Was getting quite a few from the AFL-CIO, about 8p.m. everynight. I threatend to sue them under WA's new telephone solicitation law in the e-mail I sent them. They promptly stopped

I've got one from Ahnold supporting proposition 65 - permits the suspension of local services if the state suspends payment for such. I'm voting yes to prevent the state from hi-jacking the moneys.

About 10 computers called me in the last 3 days. Arnold just called to tell me to keep our 3 strikes law.

Hah, I'm in the College Republicans here at Kettering University in Michael Moore country, Michigan.
We went down to the "Victory Center" tonight and made some calls. The first thing I said was "I feel dirty all over." after I made the first call.
Though, the leader of our group's second call was a "Don't call here again, f***er!" we were laughing hystarically... then, I got a "I wouldn't vote for Bush if my life depended on it!" I yelled back "It might!" and she hung up on me.

I guess they started off with registered GOP supporters, but ran out when the volunteers called more people than they expected. So, when we got there, we got the crappy list that was 75% wrong numbers and half/half Bush/Kerry people.

I only called about 50 people when we stopped at 9:00.
My idea was to start calling again around 2:00AM-5:00AM and ask them if "Kerry could count on your vote today in the elections?"

Laura and George have both called in the last two days.

I mean seriously, if I were as flaky as I hope the Kerry supporters are... I'd throw a temper tantrum and stay home all day.

I wish I were at home to mess with the Kerry callers.
I'd drag them on and on, playing dumb and make them think their making progress convincing me... then I'd just say, excuse me, my waffles are burning... then walk away from the phone until they hang up.
