Just got back from the market. Fueled up all the cars & got propane tanks. Picked up a few cases of bottled water, canned food, dry snacks. Tested the generator. Hopefully won't be anything like Allison. Who esle?

I'm more concerned about the aftershock rather that the storm itself. Houston area roads can flood quite easily and leave people land locked away from supplies. Couple that with loss of power and communications from overload or damage and the area will be rough. People scrambled for food during Allison. This time there could be sheer panic at the pumps and grocers
