you'd think if we had known of them they'd have been found by now

option six in the poll would be: slightly longer than the invasion of Syria will take

Maybe if we smuggle some in or some are secretly buried somewhere insanely hard to find, but what is becoming obvious is that someone in our government lied their balls off.  Of course, it's irrelevant now but if they really had tons & tons & tons of the crap like the administration had said, we would have found it by now.

Guess what, N. Korea is a millionfold times the threat to us & THEY JUST TOLD US THEY HAD NUKES!  Oh, but we won't threaten them the way we did Iraq b/c they're not pu**sies like the Iraqis.  Yeah we rolled the Iraqis up quick - awesome, but notice how we're not saying the same crap to the NK's even though they openly admit they have WMD's.  It's laughable - from Clinton on down to Bush, these politicians are all full of shit.

Who cares?  I have generally agreed with the idealogues who pressed for invasion just to shake up and change the Middle East. The Al-Qaeda/WMD angle wasn't as important as taking out states like Iraq that foment and support terrorist movements.

NK is more complicated but not impossible to deal with.

It always amazes me what our behind the scenes people constantly come up with right under the noses of our enemies. NK may push the launch button and cause all the toilets in France to flush at the same time.

After all, we are the United States of America.

Those fucking doosh bags have shit so well hidden, we'll never get it all!  And they'll be pulling it out for Years.

I agree with RAVEN!  I don't give a shit if they had chems or not!  Hussein had to go!

I suspect we may never find any because they were destroyed, smuggled out, and very well hidden.

Traces of mustard gas found in the Euphrates are a clear indication dumping was going on.

What we will find are prohibited equipment and clear indications they had a WMD program.

And as far as justification for the war goes I believe documents already found have clearly made the link between Iraq and Al Queda.

And for the sake of the Iraqi people Hussein had to go.

In a couple months, just enough time to allow the socialist democrats to stew in their own filth.

I don't really care if we find WMDs or not.  Even without them the war was a good idea and a noble cause.  The suffering of the Iraqi people under Saddam Hussein was reason enough.

I think that it is important that we find at least SOME of these WMD.

I definitely wouldn't put it past the CIA to smuggle some shit in.

In February:

"The inspectors should be given more time!  They need several more months!"

Now:

"Why haven't they found anything YET???"

They will find WMD in Iraq as soon as they find the babies that were thrown out of the incubators in Kuwait.

So you're suggesting that there were never and are none?

All of the weapons that they HAD, have somehow vanished.

The NBC suits, the atropine injectors...

...all for no purpose?

Me too.  My primary reason for supporting the war was that the President declared that they were a threat to our country.

I am willing to wait, but we have to find some WMD or clear evidence of their past existence.

I applaud Saddam's removal, but it wasn't, by itself, a reason for our country to make war upon another.  Changing the world is not my idea of what our military is for.
