Here's the deal: Bought an item from a member in the EE on 12/17 Paid by PayPal that day Was told that the item would be shipped Priority Mail that day I paid for Priority Mail shipping and insurance No item has arrived, one email response where the seller said something about checking with the post office. It's been 21 days. Do I just ask for a refund of my money at this point, or give them more time?

That's quite enough time, even considering Christmas and New Years. Give them hell.

I'd probably send an email asking about the status of my item and if no status was available I would request a refund. If there were no response to the email by tomorrow afternoon I would demand a refund before I started chopping heads off.

Request your money back, and post feedback for that seller.
