Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - How is one getting over there......

If this Nick Berg was over there freelancing, how is he making it over to Iraq?  IS he coming through another country and hoping rides to get into the major cities?  What airlines are flying over there if any?

I was just thinking and have not a clue on how one that is not military related is getting over into that country.

Charter flights from Turkey and Saudi. My bud just flew back on an IL-76.
