in oc california it is $3 per gallon. i think its the first time i have seen gas cheaper here.

I think the prices are being driven up by panic buying as much as anything else.

premium here has hit over $4.00 a gallon while I was filling up

Around $4, then it will fall back to $2.50 or so in a few weeks.

I paid $2.52 earlier this week, and paid $3.31 today.....and it's gonna be $5-6 per gallon by December I'll bet.

I don't understand what all the fuss is about.
Right now, we got plenty of gas where I live... cheap too!  Some stations are practically giving it away. |

Gas has dropped to below 3.00 a gallon at some stations near me.
