As far as I know, nothing is coming down the pike for the remainder of this session. Congress is closed, your lives, liberty and property are a little safer, and you won’t see this stuff come up again until it is refiled in December.

BTW, Welcome to the site! Visit the Hometown forum and join the fun in the MO forum. They have a monthly MODCC (Missouri Definsive(sp?) Carbine Club) shoot that is lots of fun.

Thanks for the info. Much appreciated. The reason I ask is I have a few financial obligations to take care of......BUT.......I'd go buy a new AR-15, 10 clips, and 5,000 rounds tomorrow if I knew that those traitors were about to vote in the very near future. Perhaps an AR-15 would make a nice CHRISTMAS gift for myself.

The only thing that has a chance of passing in the next year or so is the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms act, preventing frivolous lawsuits for gun manufacturers and distributors. It's a new day, my friend. Get an AR15 because it's cool, not because it's about to be banned.
