So........I shoot some funny video on my phone, then I can get it to my pc, but how do I format or convert it into a gif file so I can inbed it?

When you hook your phone up to your computer via USB, look at the file extension i.e. "video_1.3gp" Look up that file extension on the 'net and see what program you need to convert it to .AVI or what have you. There's probably a decent freeware one floating around. Then you're going to have to get yourself a .gif animation program. Most cell phone vids are awful, here's one I took of me then replaced the audio from a direct recording. Good luck!

my blackberry takes good video, i took some video today of some of the reserves getting tasered for the first time. the quality wasnt half bad.
