I need to mail a pistol to a C&R holder that was purchased from me. Can I send it USPS Priority mail?

I think you have to overnight it.

Unless you're an FFL, USPS will not send a pistol (their regs). Also, pistols MUST be sent overnight.

I'd use FedEx if I were you, cheaper and easier to deal with.
