Now they need to go with the design change proposed for the F-15 back in the 1990s to change the wing design what was used on the F-23 to go along with that ruddervator tail arrangement. If the South Koreans want a stealthy aircraft, they could have a poor man's F-23 version of the F-15 to play with. |
