Inaugurated my first batch of home brew; a partial mash Sierra Nevada IPA clone kit. Not bad, but the sharpness is noticed from the extract. I'l probably let that sit for another week or two.

Going for a SN Torpedo and a NB Belgo later.

The Belgo is now my favorite beer.

Ya gotta get a pipeline going.

I have kegs of: Mexican Amber Lager, Amber Ale, Hefeweizen, Light Hefe, Lime Wheat, Blueberry Wheat and Belgian Pale Ale on hand.

Need to brew some Dunkelweiss...
