Hope this is the right board to post this.....

I currently have a WTS post for some leftover ammo. (No bites yet, take a look if interested.) I've always had UPS deliver to me from ammoman.com. Can I assume that I can use UPS to ship to my buyer? Will they have any special requirements, i.e. haz-mat declaration, etc.?

Also, ammoman.com won't ship to NJ, HI, Mass., or Alaska, and IL has some sort of funky requirement. Should I not accept offers from these states?
