Here's my list. Why do we need so many fooking calibers of weapons? When will the madness stop?

I used to have more, but I actually tried to minimize my caliber diversity by selling and trading weapons for ones with common calibers.
My list now is: .22 LR .357 Mag (or .38 special, I have brass for both) .45 acp .223 .30-06 7.62x54R 12 gauge Uhhh, I think that's it (Not counting the .44 cap n ball revolver and .50 Black Powder Hawkin Rifle) |

9x19mm(Ruger P-89) 20 Ga.(Remington 870 Express) 12 Ga.(Mossberg 590, 18"bbl and single shot that I got when dad died.) .50 cal muzzle loading(Austin & Halleck Flint Mt. Rifle, Marlin MLS-50, CVA Optima and an unknown Knight that I got in trade from a pard in AL., he'll bring it up this Saturday if all goes well.) |

.40 SW .45 ACP .223 Rem .308 12ga The only new caliber I'd like to add to that list would be in a lever gun (either .30-30 or .45-70). But I'm sure there will be other weapons in the above listed calibers. |

I reload for all but the 7.62x39 and the .22. .22lr 5.56 7.62x39 .308 9mm .45ACP .38 / .357 .44mag [only one gun, on the block to be sold...] 12 Gauge I have considered the various bigbore AR's, but so far I can't justify them... Geez, I don't really know. In addition to the usual suspects, I have such things as .32 French, 7.5 Swiss Ordnance, 9mm Largo, .30 Mauser, .43 Spanish. Don't shoot 'em all that much though.
