The photo hosting site should allow you to do this. If not, your computer probably has some kind of photo shop program that will allow you to adjust the size before you upload it to the host.

You need to adjust the size down to about 600 x 400 and 72 dpi. Some programs like PhotoShop (about $480) allow you to tinker with every setting known. PaintShop Pro is shareware and you ought to be able to find it on the net pretty easy. PaintShop will allow you to crop out the parts that you don't and shrink the ones you do want down to a reasonable size.

I use Adobe Phot deluxe and it allows you to reduce the resolution of the photo so it ''fits'' within your monitors resolution. I am not an expert but I think I descibed it correctly.
