His choice of words and behavior towards the media/etc. was designed to emulate Trump in some ways. It was clear to me when certain right leaning talk shows started highlighting him in 2020 and then in 2021 in some cases with theme music. Then there was the picture of some of these talking people who met with the governor to be his promotors, which isn't that unusual except they all attempted to deny they were doing it. |

I don’t understand why it’s so hard for him to give the GOP voters what they want to hear. Ramaswarmy has basically copied Trump’s style and he’s doing well with it. RDS could have done the same but then added that he has proven results in his resume too. Instead, it’s like we get the Romney campaign 2.0.
Anyone not Trump will have a hard enough climb ahead of them because the media is focusing all their attention on poisoning the middle against Trump and they don’t want a second option to appear. If T$ is going to be legit challenged, the challenger will have to be more boisterous than Trump if that’s possible. |

Desantis didn’t blow anything. It’s obvious they’re setting Trump up to be the “savior.” When he’s POTUS, his address changes from 666 5th Avenue, where he resided on the 66th floor, to 1600 Pennsylvania.
Also don’t forget General Flynn’s reciting of satanist/theosophist, Alice Bailey’s “Sevefold Rays of Light” prayer at the Cornerstone Church. It’s all planned out. People want to act like Trump was some freedom-loving right-winger, yet he was the main pusher of some of the worst government overreach in 60 years, spent way more than any president before him in 4 years, lobbied for gun control (and implemented some), destroyed our supply chain and set in motion massive inflation, and laid the groundwork to absolutely wreck our election system. All he has going for him in 2024 is that people hate the fedgov even more than him. That's understandable, and I'll begrudgingly vote for him over the overt power grabbers, but I have little faith that a 2024 Trump presidency will be a "win" for any of us. The comparison to Obama is incredibly accurate. Obama had a cult following on the left, but he generated a lot of hatred on the right. This resulted in a lot of downstream losses as anybody tied to Obama, correctly or incorrectly, was guaranteed to get higher turnout against them. For Obama himself, this didn't matter, since he himself generated more than enough cult turnout to win. Trump, on the other hand, generates far more turnout against him than for him, hence not only does he destroy his affiliated candidates, he can't win himself. |

Honestly not looking forward to Trump either getting humiliated in 2024, or somehow pulling it off and spending four years getting alpha rolled and dominated by the deep state again, except surrounded by even more disloyal and incompetent underlings this turn.
I appreciate him standing up when it was needed and saying what was necessary when it was important and unpopular with the media, now he's just cringe and I want him to go away. |
