So what goes into the recipe for REALLY hot wings? Any chefs out there?

I'll help ya out here.  Your "basic" entry-level wing sauce is .5 Durkee's,.5 liquid margarine.  Pretty simple.  Stagger in "hot stuff" to your liking to alter the heat level.  If you really want HOT, it's easy:.5 cayenne,.5 white pepper, then make it a paste with worchestershire sauce, shake wings amongst it.  Habaneros are fantastic as well, as they add intimidating heat levels, but have a very nice smoked-woods flavor as well.  There is nothing you can't add to these basic frameworks for the sauce, just think of what you like and add it!  And yes, in fact I used to be a chef.
