Pfft.  Wolf 55gr FMJ out of my SU-16 offhand shoots better.

i dunno about all that, but its good ammo.  not crazy expensive and shoots about 1 MOA in my ruger M77 mkII, and a good deal better than xm193 out of my AR.  Its usually around 26 bucks a box at academy though.

Looks like its basically spec xm193.  Hornady just wants to keep it separate from their 'good stuff'

This is good stuff compared to all the junk out there.

I wasn't raggin' on the ammo. I was impressed with the skills of the reviewers.

I shoot Hornady training ammo in 223 out of my Howa 1500 and its outstanding. It's priced moderately as well, or it least it used to be.

Is $30 per 50 really a good price these days? I can get it for that locally.

My son and I have shot a lot of it, and it is very accurate.

I don't think that's the same stuff.  Steel Match and Training are different products.

Yeah, its brass. I bought some from Academy pre-panic. 50rnds for $25. I figured it was a steal. The brass is pristine, especially compared to my Federal boxes. Pretty dang accurate as well.

Two thumbs up from me, if they keep the price under $30.

A 15 mph wind gusting 25 will not hardly make any difference at 200 yards with this ammo.
