Just read the idea, I like it. Poor fellas, that have to live with it. Maybe till years end or some "time-frame", we could curve the rule.

Maybe this has been addressed, but I missed it.

I've got a buddy that has a pre94 Colt, I'm trying to talk him into trade/sell 'ing it to someone that needs it. I know he doesn't want to sell it, but this is a little more noble cause.  It would be great if there was a tacked thread in the afflicted states hometown furoms.
