What kind of permit do they offer that allows one to shoot a burgler, and where can we buy them?

That makes this, what... 20-3, homeowners vs bad guys?

It's a damn shame. He should have been killed. Now we have to waste precious hospital funds to help him.

How sad is it, that one needs proper permits to shoot an intruder in one's house? As always, I LOVE WYOMING?

Why didn't the police comment on whether or not the burglar was licensed to commit burglaries?
Link Posted: 11/2/2009 4:58:22 PM EST
What's the proper season for burglar? And what round should I use?

Season opens right at break ins and ends when he gets carted off. I prefer 5.56mm in the house, 7.62 just makes too much of a mess.

Comment on the burglar's license? Probably not.

Texas....a copy of the Castle Doctrine will do....no limit on burglars or coyotes.

It is, they are talking about our neighbor with shitty laws/politicians and ghetto inhabitants to the east

Yeah, gotta be sure he had the correct permits and all... We would not want anyone defending themselves or protecting their property if they did not
apply, pay for and receive the proper permits and such first..... Fuck Illinois.
And GOOD SHOOT

I wondered that too. The article makes no mention of the burgler's permits. I'll email the reporter to ask. ETA: Gave up, they're even unnamed on the original station's site.

Burglars look out!

Homeowners are getting permits to shoot you now!

Is this what they were talking about re-regulating hunting permits in the US?

I would ask to see his B+E permit first.
