For example, The New York Times recently reported about the Pentagon's plan to create a computer system that "will provide
intelligence analysts and law enforcement officials with instant access to information from Internet mail and calling records to credit card
and banking transactions and travel documents, without a search warrant" of American citizens.

Is this new system included in the revised Homeland Security legislation? We don't know and when we asked -- nobody will talk about it.

They don't read or even know about most of the legislation they vote on, so why should this law be any different? [rolleyes]
