This may sound odd, but does anyone know of a paint thats so flat that when applied to a wall it can be used as a chalkboard?

they make a paint that is specifically what you are seeking at lowes, but I think it only comes in black.

yeah, several companies make a "chalkboard paint". sherwin williams has it too.

I think I saw it for about six bucks for a regular size aerosol can (paint).
Not sure about coverage.
