I just found out that one of my family had their home robbed...well, home under construction.  Anyway, I was hoping some people might have some experience or recommendations on some of these home systems I see that allow you to record and monitor your place via the internet from a remote location...seems like it would be some peace of mind if nothing else.  Bastards took off with 2 quads and a whole bunch of tools...who knows if they might try to come back.

Any help would be appreciated as none of us really have any knowledge of these things and what features might make one better than the other, etc.

Thanks

Got a spare laptop? Get some IP or USB cameras, and then look at Pysoft software. Pysoft is very configurable.
