Normally what you do is offer to buy the debt obligations of creditors at a discount, and hope the BK'd company makes good on it. Shareholders are last in line to have a claim on a BK'd company's assets. |

Sounds like the time to buy about $10 worth.
If they do go belly up you're still out only ten bucks. And if they ever take off again you'll make a bunch of money. Maybe not to retire on, but enough to buy something Class 3.

Not a liar, I am mistaken. Delta went to the pink sheets, I figured a company called UAL Corporation was the UAL Corporation, aka United Airlines.

fixed it for you. I was shocked... I was fucked bad the first time around with UAL stock (ex employee) I was just "awarded" ~21 shares of UAUA stock and then to see your post?!!?! it was WTF all over again! |
