I have been tearing down my family's pool since I got back this summer from college. I've been piling up the alluminum in anticipation of having a few days off in which I could take it all to the scrap metal place and collect some cash for it.

There was so much alluminum that I had to stack it on the back bench seat and on the passengers seat up front . When I placed it all on the scale at Mansfield Metal, it read 235 pounds, which was a lot more than what I was expecting. I got 113$ out of 6 hours of work .

I am off until Tuesday so I'll get back to working on it. Here are some pics of my summertime project and my dog who always follows me around when I'm outside.

All of this is after about 6 hours of work. I had turned in one load before this that was at 100lbs, so I'm guessing I still have a long ways to go. 140$ for 6 hours of work-not too shabby

And my lava rock chewing dog, Annie.

Aww crap, time to get back to work.
