It could be garbage. However it's an independent film, that can be seen On Demand before it's in theaters. It could be the next cult classic.

My brother and i watched it the day it came out.
A superb 8/10 rating from me , it's a VERY stunning documentary on life in the streets of Canada. It's scary to think that people like that control the lives of people and kill for sport. I'm so glad for people standing up to dirty cops & child molesting santas.
