My Kyocera KX414 decided to sh%t the bed today and not work.  It would not put calls through and when it would take calls, I could not hear the other end.  Dad and I go to the Verizon dealer and after some discussion with the customer service dept at VZW, I have the above cell phone.

I like it, but does anyone else have it?
