Nope, but we do get Presidents Day and Casmir Pulaski day.
Last time I checked Casmir was a white Polish guy (just like me!), and so far all of our Presidents are white. Av. |

What pisses me off is how many places close for MLK Day but remain open for Veteran's Day or even Memorial Day.

Both my Mom and my sister are teachers. Both get MLK day off, but neither get Good Friday or President's Day. That's kinda messed up to me..

We also close for Columbus Day (not PC anymore) and Memorial Day.
I'm telling you, school districts, banks and government jobs are sweet deals. I just wish I had summers off, but since I don't sit in a classroom of 30 screaming kids, I really don't need the summer to recuperate. Av. |
