Life is far too short to be an asshole or a prick.
Being full of fire, hate, and anger just makes each moment a waste of the peace, and beauty that comes from a deeper understanding of people, live, and the universe. I too once suffered from the personality disorder that lacks the patience that comes a not truly understanding of the nature of things. Meditation, deep breathing, and peaceful incite leads to a joyous life full of knowledge, science, and love. Understanding the true nature of other people is the key. It is in the nature of some people to be thieves just as it is the nature of a fish to swim or a bird to fly. If a snake fails to stand up and walk are you upset? When a man who is well known to rip-off, cheat, and misrepresent his products does so to you why are you surprised or angered? As a practicing Buddhist I try to relax and meditate as often as possible. My method involves deep breathing while laying prone behind 36 grains of H38 packed behind 55 grains of copper coated lead [;)]. |
