Thats right fat ass, you have a SOLID 6 months to lose all that weight –– more than enough time to transform your body if you work out properly. This way you wont have to panic like you did this year when March rolled around and your gut was still over your buckle.
Thank me later fat ass! Start tomorrow. JUST DO IT! Yeah, I dont care if its cold outside and I dont care if its dark when you get up. Dont be a loser, just get up, go to the gym and get it out of the way. Its your life man, stop the fricking whinning already you sound like a little girl. but i just got my new lazy boy installed in teh basement, its got a built in remote controll and 40oz holder in the arms.

I ride about 200 miles per week. Hopefully next year I'll hit up some local crit and other races. I'm 32 and see many kids 10 years younger than I in worse shape. Hell, I ride with a 60 year old pro cyclist that just started 5 years ago. |

Hey iv been back at it for 8 months now, iv only lost about 20 lbs of around 80 i need to loose but my bench has doubled and my squats have tripled so thats not bad right?
